I was introduced to the idea of skin tag removal at a recent meeting of the National Association of Home Builders, where a person from the home building industry, who is also a personal trainer, talked about how they get a lot of people to relax, but that they’re not always successful. The reason behind his statement was that he felt they only get a couple of minutes to do it right and that the rest of the time they’re just going through the motions.

He found that in many cases, he could tell the difference between someone who was relaxed and someone who was just stressed. For his own part, he believes that the difference is about how much care they give to their skin, rather than just how long they have left after the removal. We’re all aware that removing a skin tag is a pretty easy method to get rid of a bad habit, but it’s not exactly something you can just decide to stop doing.

The problem is that most people don’t even know what a skin tag is. It’s a place, a spot on your body where the skin is removed, usually by surgery, but can also be a tattoo. You can see a picture of a skin tag in the video below.
