I have a friend who looks like she has a double chin and a friend who looks like she has a double chin. I am not sure if I can call her fat so I would like to see what kind of person she is.

Some people may be afraid of the double chin, but that is not all that it is; it is also really unhealthy. It not only leads to the loss of weight, but it makes you look older, more wrinkled, and less attractive. So if you want to look younger and cut a more “athletic” image, you should definitely avoid the double chin.

Yes, double chin is a bad thing. It is the result of not eating enough balanced diet, and it leads to the loss of some of one’s muscle. It is a terrible sign that you should be eating a balanced diet but not losing muscle. But you can also be double chinned, and that is the only sign that you need to call on a nutritionist.

I think most of us have lost some muscle in the process, and maybe even some lean muscle in the process. But once we lose muscle, we also lose fat, and you can’t just put on fat. You need to go through a diet that will burn fat, but not loose muscle. So if you’re still gaining weight, I think you should definitely call on a nutritionist.
