Here’s a recipe I made up that has buccal fat, which is a rich, nutty flavor that is incredibly satisfying. This is one of the most popular recipes that I share on this blog but is one that I’d never really cook up myself so I thought I’d share it here.
If you don’t have access to a blender, I would strongly advise against using this recipe. The flavor is too strong.
The recipe requires that you soak buccal fat in cold water and then let it sit for a day, which takes a few hours. This is a great idea for the lazy and not a fan of the long wait.
