This is why, in the last few years, a lot of diet books have come out. They claim to be “The Ultimate Guide to Eating Right for You.” But all they really did was to make dieting easier. They are not much good at it. They are more concerned with the appearance of their diet and not in the way they actually eat. And they are not really that good at it either.
