I could say the same thing about the Relaxation and Stress Reduction Techniques meditation (which is a little more advanced). I could also say the same thing about Dermaplane (which is just a simple meditation, probably designed to get you into a relaxed state). This is because we’re talking about two very different techniques that are meant to be used together.
