The Most Pervasive Problems in laser time

This is the Laser Time app that has you scheduling your days on a calendar. I’ve been using it for about a month now and I’m very happy with it. Scheduling is so much easier.

As you think about the various tasks you need to do for the day, you can set a time limit on them. If you want to get to work early, you can pick a time limit and then click “Next” to get to work. If you want to see your friends, you can set the “Next” button to “Show Friends”. You can also set a time limit on your “Today” box, too.

The first day I tried it, I was so excited about the possibilities that I actually was in my office at 6am. It is so much easier to get things done then. If I want to use the office, I just scroll to the top of my to-do list and click Next. It also works great for meeting people. You just click Next when you are already waiting somewhere and it will automatically call someone to start your meeting.

For example, if you’re in a meeting and you want to leave but you don’t want to show everyone that you’re leaving, you can set the Next button to Show Friends. Then when you come back, show them that you’re still in there, and they can still see everyone who has been in the meeting.
